Language Arts:

Writing Workshop:

·         Expository Writing: “I’m Thankful”paper

·         Learn how to write 3 fully developed paragraphs (intro, body, conclusion)

·         Present papers to class

Reading Workshop:

·         Summarizing informational texts

·         Cause/effect

Science:

·         Natural resources vs. man-made

·         Characteristics of natural resources

·         Recycling and reusing

Math:

·         Multiplication and division strategies

·         Fact families (multiplication and division)

·         10’s, 5’s, 2’s, 4’s multiplication and division

·         Problem solving focusing on the facts listed above

·         Test at the end of the week
